Returns
CHILDS aims to ensure its customer’s full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the webshop will be given for retail price of item(s) purchased.
All customers must provide own shipping label. Package item(s) in box and send to the address listed below.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
*Please note - Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Info - Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Late or missing store credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your credit voucher yet, first check your spam folder.
Then contact info@childsnewyork.com, so that we may look into the matter.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@childsnewyork.com and send your item to: 172 E 4th Street, Suite 5D New York New York US 10009.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
